Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
1. Describe basic theories of learning and instruction
2. Analyze user and learner requirements
3. Design instruction for delivery in diverse learning environments for both groups and individual one-on-one sessions
4. Develop instruction utilizing contemporary instructional and Web 2.0 technologies and supporting materials.
5. Deliver instruction and training
6. Apply valid assessment and evaluation instruments and techniques to measure attainment of learning outcomes
7. Identify instructional needs and solutions for specific library and information organization environments
8. Articulate your own teaching and learning pedagogy
